Announcement

Dear all,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that frontman Gary Harkin is leaving Wolfcrusher.

Gary has been a part of the band from our inception, and we would not have achieved what we have so far without him, but he feels it is now time for him to apply his focus outside of Wolfcrusher and as such to leave the band. Gary's last gig with Wolfcrusher will be at SOS festival on 22nd July.

We obviously respect his decision wholeheartedly, and we wish Gary all the best in his musical and personal ventures. We have lost a bandmate, but not a friend.

So, we will be looking to find the right person to fill the sizeable vocalist/frontman shoes left. We do have a few ideas as far as vocalists go, but if you know of someone or you yourself wish to get in touch regarding the vacancy, please get in touch.

We will keep you informed of our progress.

Thanks,

Wolfcrusher

Tour, Gigs, Download, New album and more...

So, update time! We've had a lot of things going on behind the scenes recently, apologies for not updating you all as often as we have in the past.

Where to start, we embarked on out first 'mini tour' last month, and it was a storm, expect to be doing lots of us spreading our wings across the country. Played some great venues, with some great bands, and met some awesome fans! Keep an eye out on our live listings for where you can see us in the future.

Then onto the Kill your idols all dayer, run by Kelii from Obsessive compulsive, possibly the best all day rock/metal festival i've ever been to, let alone played. All the bands were exceptional, and a great spread of styles though the day, from your pop rock, to death metal, and every jump off point in between! props go out to Kelii, and all of OC for putting on a great night!

And last thing of note gig wise was playing Incidiums final show with Bisonhammer at Grand Central. If you dont know of Incidium, they are thrash metal stalwarts who have been plying their trade for the last 6 or 7 years. They have always been an amazing live band, and have some fantastic tracks. It is truly a shame to say goodbye to the guys, we have shared the stage numerous times, its with a heavy heart that we wont be sharing it again.

Obviously, we are still writing and rehearsing new songs for an upcoming 2/3 track release this summer. Keep your ears peeled for some new tracks live.

Finally, we are playing the battle for the bands, for a chance to play at Download festival. Some great bands, free entry. Will be a wicked night, and some great bands are on!

PEACE!
See you on the road
Danny
